AI vehicle and site monitoring
Keep track of trucks, machinery and yards around the clock, on your existing cameras or ones fitted for the job.
Updated October 2026Industrial AI provides AI vehicle and site monitoring for New Zealand worksites, yards and depots, turning camera footage into a record of vehicle movements, danger-zone entries and after-hours activity. Each event is saved with its image and time, and the ones that matter go to the right person as an alert.
- Vehicles in and out, counted and timed
- Danger zones watched every shift
- After-hours activity flagged
- Integrates with existing cameras where suitable
- Offline edge operation

Dust, glare, rain and darkness come with the job, so the model is trained on your own cameras in your own conditions.
Using the cameras you already have
AI can be added to existing cameras for quarry truck counting, load verification, gate and yard movements, and line or dock status. Detailed product inspection usually needs industrial cameras and lighting, which we supply.
Your footage stays on site
Footage is processed and stored on site by default. Cameras cover gates, pads, zones and yards, and the system records events rather than identifying individuals.
Workplace-surveillance rules, including notice and signage, vary by industry and intended use and are considered in each design. This is general information, not legal advice.
