Do we need any technical background?
No. Claude works through a chat window, so owners and operations, marketing and finance staff can use it without any coding.
How is Claude different from ChatGPT?
Both are capable AI assistants. Claude is especially good with long documents, careful analysis and structured writing. ChatGPT vs Claude for business covers where each fits.
What do we need to get started?
A laptop and a Claude account for each person. Paid plans add stronger models and Projects; we recommend a plan on the discovery call and set it up on the day.
Is this for one person or the whole team?
Either. The session can be run for one person, a small team or a whole department.
