What we build
Industrial AI builds two kinds of systems: computer vision for production environments, quarries and worksites; and AI agents and automation for the operational work that runs a business — enquiries, quotes, follow-ups, document processing, scheduling.
Every system is custom-built around the workflow it has to fit into. The starting point is always a site assessment — cameras, processes, people — not a sales deck.

How we work
Site assessment first. We look at the cameras, the workflow, the data, the constraints — before recommending anything. If the existing setup is fit for purpose, that's what we use. If it isn't, we'll tell you straight.
Every project is scoped to what the site actually needs. Typical deployments run six to eight weeks from assessment to live system, depending on coverage, network arrangements and the level of model customisation involved.
